Their work is worth more than the salary they receive. They are the builders working on the construction of our future school in Giasnogor. It’s been already a year working WITH us, not FOR us. We have almost come to be a family and on many occasions they have behaved as a family with us, especially in times of need or difficulty. They are earning a salary, but the work they do is more valuable than the money they get. For us they are not only builders, now they have a name, a family, and personal stories. I wish this to be an advancement of the good spirit that we want to establish in the school when it will be running.
Su trabajo vale más que el salario que reciben. Son los albañiles que trabajan en la construcción de nuestra futura escuela en Giasnogor. Llevan ya un año trabajando CON nosotros, no PARA nosotros. Hemos casi llegado a formar como una familia y en muchas ocasiones se han portado como familiares con nosotros, especialmente en momentos de necesidad o dificultad. Se están ganando un salario, pero el trabajo que hacen es más valioso que el dinero que cobran. Para nosotros no son solo albañiles, sino que tienen nombre, familia, e historias personales. Ojalá solo sea un adelanto del buen espíritu que queremos establecer en la escuela cuando esté en funcionamiento.
